Arctic Echo Sessions #28: Peter Ormeroed aka PeterPan
In the mid-1980s, Peter’s fascination with technology led him to experiment with gadgets like the iconic TB-303 and TR-606. Over time, favorites such as the TR-808, TR-909, Juno 106, Jupiter 8, and Akai S-900 became integral components of his setup. Peter seamlessly connected his gear, culminating in the release of his album Homegrown. This milestone in 1998 marked the birth of his own record label, NeverLand Productions, and showcased his creativity under the pseudonym Peter Pan.
Peter has shared the stage with legendary artists such as Sasha, John Digweed, Guy J, Nick Warren, Way Out West, Steve Parry, Inkfish, Boris Brejcha, Fluke, Luv Dup, and a myriad of talented Norwegian DJs. Peter’s career is a testament to his unwavering dedication to underground culture, his remarkable adventurous spirit as a producer, and his ability to take audiences on unforgettable musical journeys.
